How do I place a Click & Collect order?
  1. Proceed through the online store and select the products you would like to purchase.
  2. Add these items to your shopping cart.
  3. When you have finished shopping proceed to the online Checkout.
  4. Proceed through the prompts in the checkout to add in all your details.
  5. You will then be asked to select delivery option. Select Local Pickup (free).
  6. Confirm order. Payment will automatically be taken from your provided account, and a confirmation email will be emailed to you.
  7. You will be able to pick up your order after the designated collection time. See cut off & collection times below.
What are the order cut off times?

We have 2 order cut off times: 12pm and 3.30pm.

Orders placed between 8am and 12pm will be available for collection the same day from 2pm.

Orders placed before 3.30pm will be available for collection the following day from 8am.

NOTE: We are closed Sundays so there will be no collection on this day. Orders being collected from 8am on the Monday MUST be placed before 12pm on the Saturday.

Where do I collect my order from?

Orders will be collected from within the Nourish Health store 4/34 Dunn Bay Rd, Dunsborough. When you come in just let one of the friendly staff members know you are picking up a pre-paid order and the name on the order.

REMEMBER to bring in some identification or your Order Confirmation.

When can I collect my Order?

Orders placed between 8am and 12pm will be available for collection the same day from 2pm.

Orders placed before 3.30pm will be available for collection the following day from 8am.

What if I change my mind and decide I need my items delivered?

To have your items delivered, please call us on (08) 9750 5511 to arrange the delivery and delivery payment.

What if I need to modify my order?

Once the order has been placed, you won’t be able to automatically change the order via the online store. To make a change to your order you can call, email or visit us in store and we will do our best to make the desired adjustment. Changes will need to be made within 48 hours of placing your order.

When do I pay for my Click & Collect Order?

Your order will need to be paid upon completing your order in the online store. If you wish to pay with cash upon collection, you will need to phone us on (08) 9750 5511 to place your order or alternatively email us a list of the items you want to [email protected]
