See below a list of Frequently asked questions relating to our online shopping platform.

What are the delivery times?

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. Below are a list of delivery times to different areas around Australia. Please note these are only estimated times.

Express Delivery Times: 

  • WA Deliveries 
    • To Metro areas up to 2 business days.
    • To remote country areas up to 2-3 business days
  • Interstate deliveries (all other states in Australia)
    • To Metro areas up to 2-4 business days (generally deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide take 2 business days)
    • To remote country areas up to 10 business days

Standard Delivery Times:

  • WA Deliveries 
    • To Metro areas up to 2-4 business days.
    • To remote country areas up to 3-5 business days
  • Interstate deliveries (all other states in Australia)
    • To Metro areas up to 4-6 business days 
    • To remote country areas up to 10 business days

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] and quote “Urgent delivery address change” in the subject heading. If you contact us within 2 hours of placing the order we should be able to change your address.

Can I get same day delivery?

Unfortunately due to being located in a regional area, we will not be able to offer same day delivery at this stage. Our postage services, in true relaxed Dunsborough style, can be a little slower than in the cities.

I have a Faulty, Damaged or Received the Incorrect Item

If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrived damaged or faulty, you will need to contact us within 7 days of delivery. We also ask that you please take a photo of the item and email through to us at [email protected] . If the item is faulty, please also attach a detailed description of the product’s fault.

Note: please don’t dispose of the item until we’ve had a chance to contact you back.

Can I return an item that I have had a change of mind on?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a return on items that you have changed your mind on. If you have an issue with your order and would like to discuss it simply contact us at [email protected] 

Step 1 - Contact Us

To request a return, please email us at [email protected] . You will also need to email us a photo of the item that needs returning. 

We ask that you submit this and await a response from us before sending the item back to avoid any confusion or errors.

Step 2 - We’ll send you return shipping label

One of our team members will contact you a return post label. We’ll give you further details in this email as to where and how to post your item back to us. Please await this email before sending your item.

Step 3 - Pack and Send

Package your item up carefully. You can reuse the Nourish Health packaging we sent it in or a similar sized box.

Follow the instructions sent to you, print your return post label, and tape it to the front of the box.

Then, simply drop your parcel off at a convenient Australian Post Office, Street Posting Box, or Free 24/7 Parcel Locker.

Step 4 - What’s next?

We will process your exchange, refund or store credit within 2 business days of your product being received back to us. Returns from metro areas usually arrive within 7 business days but can be longer from regional or remote areas.

We will contact you via email as soon as your return is complete.
