The Saat Seed Loaf mix is a blend of 100% gluten free oats* and five types of seeds – Chia, Pepitas, Sunflower, Linseed, and Psyllium Husk.
JUST ADD WATER
Empty into a bowl and mix thoroughly with 2 cups of water.
LET IT SOAK
Transfer the wet mix to a bread pan and let it rest for a minimum 2 hours.
Bake in the oven for an hour.
