Ingredients:
- Glucosamine hydrochloride 1.5g
- Bovine sodium chondroitin sulfate 130mg
- equiv. bovine sodium chondroitin sulfate 120mg
- Dimethyl sulfone (MSM) 100mg
- Proline 10mg
- Glycine 10mg
- Colloidal anhydrous silica 10mg
- Zinc oxide equiv. zinc 5mg
- Manganese sulfate monohydrate equiv. manganese 3mg
- Zingiber officinale (Ginger) root extract 50mg derived from dry root 1g
- Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, soy, tree nuts, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Contraindicated with warfarin and other anticoagulants – Ginger affects platelet aggregation and may increase the risk of bleeding. Glucosamine may theoretically have additive effects.
CAUTIONS: Not recommended in pregnancy or lactation due to lack of safety data.
Glucosamine is derived from seafood and should be avoided in those with shellfish or seafood allergies.
Caution in individuals with clotting disorders (Ginger).
Caution in individuals with peptic ulcers and gallstones (Ginger).
SIDE EFFECTS: May cause mild gastrointestinal upsets in sensitive individuals – take with food to reduce incidence.
